    Reeks of desperation and truly shotgun litigation as Google Now has nothing to do with Samsung directly.

    Would have made more sense to target Samsung’s S-Voice.

    Also Google Now is WAY beyond what Siri does (and often does poorly) and still doesn’t infringe since it often doesn’t rely on direct “input by the user” which the patents are based on.
