As Click Laboratory's Chief Scientist, John Paul leads the company's engagement and optimization teams. He has 20 years of experience in web design, online marketing, customer analysis and lead generation.

Click Laboratory was founded on the principle that measuring how people interact with an online brand increases the ability to be creative and drive sales. Click brings new concepts and processes in adaptive web design, employed by digital marketing leaders at the Internet Retailer 1000 and the B2B market.

Before founding Click Laboratory, John Paul has led marketing technology and creative development for international companies like Google, BMC Software and operated national web and software agencies.
