In the late nineties, Rae started a small website about her son and his medical condition that became one of the first international support groups and largest website in general on the topic. It earned national media coverage and helped further medical research in the field.

Investigating ways to support that site, she found affiliate marketing and became one of the most well known voices in the affiliate landscape and organic search engine optimization. Today, her current areas of specialty focuses on SEO audits and link building strategies.

Ms. Hoffman is the CEO of PushFire, an online marketing agency that specializes in SEO and PPC management services and also serves as co-owner and SVP of Marketing for Speedy Incorporation Services.

Named one of the top 100 most influential online marketers of 2008 and 2009 by Invesp, Hoffman is also the author of the often controversial Sugarrae Blog that offers in-depth information on everything from affiliate marketing to link building.

Rae is a regular speaker at the SMX, SES, PubCon and several other industry conferences and was named one of the 50 Most Influential People In Blogging 2010 by Income Diary.
