buffer google plusBuffer announced today that social media managers can now schedule and post directly to their Google+ business pages.  According to the increasingly popular social media management company, the ability to post to Google+ was the number one requested feature among users for nearly 2 years.

Google has not made the API available for personal pages, so the integration, at this point, is limited to business pages only. Buffer co-founder Leo Widrich told TechCrunch that Buffer “hopes to be first in line” if Google opens the API for personal pages.

Buffer already supports Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and App.net. In June, Buffer announced a partnership with FollowerWonk to help social media mangers determine the best time to schedule their posts.
