Need business leads? But lack funds to pay for a social media advertising campaign?

Hootsuite can help with that. The social media management company announced today that it’s offering free lead-generation tools, enabling all Hootsuite users to create sweepstakes and sign-up pages. Those are the two most popular features in Hootsuite Campaigns, an enterprise suite for managing contests, landing pages and UGC efforts that the company launched last year. One enterprise customer, Hootsuite said in a blog post, was able to generate 97,000 leads during a four-week sweepstakes campaign.

“Hootsuite Campaigns simplifies online social marketing and enables businesses — from food trucks to Fortune 1000 companies — to achieve better business results,” Greg Gunn, Hootsuite vice president of new product growth, said in a statement. “Ninety percent of Hootsuite users cite leads and conversion as their primary goals from social, and Hootsuite Campaigns directly addresses that need. It gives everyone the resources of a digital agency right at their fingertips.”

The free features enable the creation of sweepstakes and lead-generation landing pages that in turn can be promoted on Facebook and Twitter. They can also be published on a Facebook tab. Hootsuite is also offering a Pro version of Campaigns with support for UGC galleries and photo and video contests that pull from Twitter and Instagram. The Pro level costs $50 a month or $35 if you are an existing Hootsuite Pro user.
