Google’s Eric Schmidt Visits Cuba With Entourage To Promote Open Internet

google cuba Google Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt, Jared Cohen, director of Google Ideas, and several others visited Cuba to promote open internet access, according to Reuters. The blog/online newspaper 14ymedio.com is the original source of the story. There were no official statements by Google or the Cuban government. Letter Hints At Many New EU Investigations Against Google

Today, it's launching an online marketplace to feature updated tools. Google’s Android Draws Fresh Antitrust Complaint In Europe

Nearly $12B In Q1 Ad Revs, Mobile Likely Above 20 Percent

Q1 IAB This morning, the IAB released topline digital ad revenues for Q1 2014 in the U.S .market. The trade group said that revenue hit $11.6 billion, representing 19 percent growth over last year's $9.8 billion in Q1.
