A new, more robust, version of Facebook Offers that  has been spotted in the wild. This new Offer unit gives Facebook users two choices in the offer at hand, "Shop Now," or "Remind Me." Thanks to a "free" price tag and ease of use, Facebook Offers has been popular in the small/local business community. In the next few weeks the Offers service will begin to charge a fee. Reuters reported that merchants will now have to pay $5 on related ads to promote a Facebook offer to a targeted audience of fans and friends. Back at the fMC conference in February, Facebook announced a new version of its offers product.  The product looks (and acts) much like the coupons seen in December.
