Buffer Adds Google+ Posting For Business Pages

buffer google plus Buffer announced today that social media managers can now schedule and post directly to their Google+ business pages.  According to the increasingly popular social media management company, the ability to post to Google+ was the number one requested feature among users for nearly 2 years. Google has not made the API available for personal pages, so the integration, at this point, is limited to business pages only. Translate+: Posts And Comments Can Now Be Translated Within Google+

Google+Translate A nifty new feature has been released today for Google+, the integration of Google Translate onto Google+ posts and comments. This new feature will allow users who are viewing content different from their language preferences to translate the content. Google Adds Location Sharing Features To Google Maps & Releases Google+ For Android Updates

With Its Site Down, New York Times Publishes On Twitter & Facebook, Ignores Google+

Social Media Use Growing Among Fortune 500 List With 77% Tweeting & 70% On Facebook

Facebook Well Ahead Of Google, Yahoo In Social Logins [Gigya]

In addition to its social sharing data, Gigya has also shared social login statistics that are aggregated from its client base of more than 700 brands. During Q2 2013 (April-June), Facebook was the dominant platform, with 52 percent of all social logins. Google was a healthy second with 24 percent, and Yahoo a solid third at 17 percent. Google Retires Latitude, Pushes Google+ Location Sharing Features

With the announcement of the new Google Maps app release today came news that Google will be retiring Latitude in all of its various forms on August 9. The tool that allowed Google Maps users to find friends and share their location will no longer be available. Social Login Shares Saw Little Change In Q2, Janrain Says
