FTC: Brand-Incentivized Pins On Pinterest Potentially “Deceptive,” Require Disclosure

Cole Haan Eric Goldman alerted us this weekend (via Twitter) to an FTC ruling that may have a significant impact on the way that brands interact with users on Pinterest.
