    Can anyone point me towards a resource which explains how viewable impressions work from a technological standpoint? As a publisher I simply place third party ad code on my web page, but I’m wondering what is involved on their end and how they are actually able to determine if one of my users scrolled down to view at least 50% of the ad for 1 second? While I understand the importance of this approach for the online ad ecosystem, my concern is actually having javascript execute which would hamper the user experience. Any thoughts welcome!
