A range of these kinds of data are compiled in a new global report on mobile penetration and usage from the Webcertain Group.

The report offers an array mobile metrics, at both the global and country level, for 28 markets. Most of the data are compiled from third-party sources. It’s an extensive (and free) compendium of information for the markets it addresses.
