Face.com, a facial recognition tool, is the alleged acquisition target.  Deeming itself “The world’s largest and most accurate face recognition platform,” Face.com works seamlessly to tag users’ friends on Facebook and has a mobile app entitled KLICK, and a Facebook app, Photo Tagger.
