Matt McGee, Editor-In-Chief: Matt oversees the editorial direction and content of Search Engine Land (and our sister site, Marketing Land). Matt’s online marketing career began in the late 1990s after seven years in print and broadcast news media. Barry Schwartz, Search Engine Land

Barry Schwartz, News Editor: Barry coordinates news assignments, writes for the site and oversees the daily SearchCap newsletter. Beyond Search Engine Land, Barry owns RustyBrick, a NY based web consulting firm. He also runs Search Engine Roundtable, a popular search blog on very advanced SEM topics. Barry’s personal blog is named Cartoon Barry and he can be followed on Twitter @RustyBrick.

Amy Gesenhues, General Assignment Correspondent: Amy reports on the latest news and updates for Marketing Land and Search Engine Land. Prior to joining Third Door Media, she was an award-winning syndicated columnist for a number of daily newspapers from New York to Texas. Greg Sterling, Contributing Editor: Greg writes about all aspects of search for Search Engine Land but in particular watches over the areas of local and mobile search.
