    I happened to pick B, my bias for (imagined) precision. If it had said 49% or 52%, it would have been 50/50 choice – I most definitely missed the info earlier. Once I read the paragraph that follows the A/B test, I realized I had indeed skimmed (barely) the lead paragraph, and had done so for the exact reasons (traps) you listed (laid). Very clever, bonus points because I’m a 10-year seasoned marketer and the title should have raised my “being controlled” hackles, but nope, I fell for all your tricks, hook, line and sinker.
