    1000$ for runner-ups feels a bit cheap and diminishes the perceived value of great content for Social Media. I understand there should be a gap with the first prize that airs on TV, but given the multiple advantages of crowd-sourcing versus contracting an agency (organic exposure, “marketing the marketing”, curated design leading to increased quality and effectiveness etc.), respecting the “regular cost” is imho justified. Putting the second prize between 3K and 5K would have felt fairer, without driving the whole campaign above reasonable level (50K total outlay instead of 30K). Apart from that, the initiative makes a lot of sense and I’m looking forward to see the results.
